Returns Policy

Please note that this returns policy applies to the sale of goods on our ecommerce websites. The returns policy for any goods purchased in store differs from that below and can be obtained by contacting the store.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will be happy to issue a replacement, or refund, so long as they are returned within the details of the returns policy.

Returns or replacements should be

1. Returned and received by us within 14 days of receipt.

2. Unused, unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and labels attached.

3. Returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. 

4. Returned with no evidence of fragrance or deodorant marks.

5. For footwear, returned with the box protected with an outer packaging layer, as the box is part of the product.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns on underwear items.

When you receive your order a returns form will be included in the package. Please ensure the form has been completed and is included in the parcel as any missing forms may delay the return or exchange procedure.

Exchange

If you are returning an item for an exchange please complete the return form included in your parcel indicating the reasons for exchange. For UK customers your first exchange will be re-posted free of charge but if you require a further exchange from the same order additional charges may apply. Should this situation arise then please contact use for further details.

International customers will be contacted to request the cost of postage on any exchange.  If the Payment was originally made using PayPal we will send a request within PayPal for the re-postage charge.

Refund

Please fill in the returns form included in your package and let us know the reason you would like a refund. We will normally refund the cost of the garment on your registered card upon the day we receive the return (excluding weekends). We are unfortunately unable to refund the cost of any postal charges applied in the original order.

In all cases it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any return postage and packaging charges. Please ensure the return parcel is securely packaged to avoid any damage whilst it is in transit. We advise to use an insured and tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged on return to us. Should this occur it would have to be taken up with whichever postal or courier services you chose to use.
